Completely annoyed, can't even deal with another consultant anymore so I'll just wait for you to help me when you feel like it. Iv been with this bank for over 10 years, I app**** for a small loan on Monday on the app I got approved and accepted my mandate same day before any cut off times. NORMALLY... After accepting the mandate I get paid out with in an hour or 2. It's going for 3 days now and I haven't heard anything from them, I followed up with a consultant on Tuesday and I got told your loan will be paid out anytime from now. when all I wanted to know was When... and why... is it taking so long when it's been approved and the mandate was accepted. So for this time you deserve this dirty star because in time of need you never delivered and did not help.
