I had a lot of issues with FNB Northmead Square. The ATM machines would just swallow my deposits and the refund process was exhausting.

I eventually had a chat with Vusi who went out of his way to assist me and eventually got the machines working well again.

I haven't had an incident for almost a month now. Glad someone finally listened and did something about the issues that many Northmead Square clients were facing.
