I was kidnapped and the kidnappers used my fingerprint on my smartphone to gain access to my FNB bank app. The FNB call centre realised that the transactions was not in my normal area and with their phone call realised that I was held and still with the kidnappers. They reversed the two huge amounts immediately and no funds were lost.

Thabelo from FNB Brooklyn assisted me in his professional way and was very patient in reinstating my bank app and with the issue of a new Credit Card.
