Thank you FNB, Lady Grey street

I am currently disabled, due to a stroke.

I locked myself out of my banking app. I visited FNB, Lady Grey street in Paarl yesterday, from the moment I entered the branch, the staff were so helpful, the lady meeting me at the door, who's name I unfortunately missed, escorted me to a chair and assured me that I would be helped soon. I was assisted by Sherwin Weimers in such a professional manner, ensuring that the app was resetted properly, having difficulty walking, he even offered to walk me to the door.
