Seems like we have illiterate *******s working with our money. I am so disgusted to a point that I would never ever in my whole entire life recommend fnb to anyone. I made the biggest mistake moving over to fnb. I will be closing this account also you guys think I’m fooling around when I say that I will be taking fnb up with National Credit regulator as well as the Ombudsman, today still. I’ve given you more then enough time to sort out your bull****

Here I go again 05/01/21 refunded R1784.88 06/01/21 refunded R5134.00 Again my account was debited on that very same day for an amount of R3362.69 So the total amount which was supposed to be refunded to me was R8499.34 Also because you inconvenienced my life and still are and still debited my account whereas you guys received from my policies because I got retrenched.(****** I tell you) I want all my money including the interest I had to pay on the account.
