Just want to say thank you to all agents from customer care to account closure for assisting me so speedily. I was unable to go in to the branch due to being covid positive. The fnb staff emphatised and went out of their way to help with the account closure so thank you now I only need help finding out how I can retrieve all my ebucks because this account was supposed to be closed even before 21 days lockdown because of ***** but was not and affected by standing hence my ebucks wasnt awarded to me.
