Thank you FNB Chatsworth

on 7th October 2020 whilst my mum, my daughter, and I was asleep our home was broken into and ****** I was a bag of nervous when my phone was taken because it had my banking app and everything on it. I call the FNB ***** line that helped me to block my account and was told i needed to go to the bank after i did a sim swap and i have my account reactivated so when i got to the bank i was so emotional and scared but the staff in FNB CHATSWORTH truely live up to they statment "how can I help you " i was greeted by Mary(which i think was the name i heared them call her) at the enterance who was so sweet that got Naseera to assist me with having my account reactivated and whilst Nassera was busy sorting my account out Raeesa help set up everything on my phone on that day I walk into the bank in tears and all broken being a single mum and to have an ordeal like that is horrible but these amazing women just lifted me up and made everything seem okay and inspired me to go back and fight in the race of life. To the super amazing woman of FNB Chatsworth thank you for being the powder of strenght in my darkest moments and truely i felt so blessed for all the assistance i received from these amazing FNB women in Chatsworth
