Thank you FNB agents!

I would like to take a moment to thank the 3 below individuals from FNB for their amazing customer service and work.

My late father passed away in September of 2023, leaving us as the family with a home loan to pay off as he had no life cover. It was a tremendous financial burden (and still is). I was worried that the bank would take legal action against the estate as the account went into arrears at some point.

Not only did FNB and these amazing people understand our situation, they also allowed me to continue paying the home loan until the original term comes to an end, sticking to their original agreement made with my father.
