Thank You, Excellent Staff Member!

I was at FNB last Saturday, the CapeGate branch in Cape Town.

I was cordially greeted by a wonderful staff member, Anne van der Merwe.

To cut a long story short, during my visit, Anne demonstrated that she cares about all the customers' needs, not just mine - she tried her best to attend to everyone to came to her for assistance or a query.

Even though she couldn't' give me what I came to the branch for, though she couldn't do what I wanted, she explained everything in detail and pleasantly.

She also makes the effort to keep her fingerprint scanner clean at all time. You never see people, consultant making that much effort to keep them clean AT ALL TIMES!

She also kindly explained how I the credit rating and credit scores work, incluing how to improve my credit standing.
