A huge thank you to Esme and her team at FNB St George's Mall. They were incredibly helpful and so kind. The best service I have ever received at a bank.

I needed my Maternity UIF Bank form's date updated and stamped again by my bank. It was a late Wednesday afternoon of which I had to speed walk from Home Affairs offices to the bank to get my papers stamped before home affairs closing times.

On arrival the queues were long. A kind lady named Esme asked me what I needed seeing that I am with my infant. She immediately pulled me out of the queue and escorted me inside the bank. She took my form and ID. 10 min later and I was out the door with my stamped papers. I walked all the way back to Home Affairs and just made it in time as they were starting the close the front doors.

Thank you, Esme. You are a real-life angel. If it wasn't for your kindness I would have had to return the next day with my little baby and do the whole process over.
