What a lovely experience! Thank you for your friendly and efficient assistance. I haven't been to a branch in years, and I needed to get statements stamped and cards renewed. Charles immediately directed me with a warm smile to where I needed to go and needed to do. 2x Accounts' 6-month statements printed, stamped and handed back and 2x cards renewed all under 10 minutes! THANK YOU!!! Very happy customer!
