Thank you Charles!
This review is specifically aimed at the great service received from Charles Sibiya at the Mall@Reds branch.
Long story short: After a bunch of problems with a student loan application for my son (review posted 5 November 2019), Charles was willing to go the extra mile and personally saw to it that whoever necessary resolved some errors in the system that prevented the application process to be successfully completed. In addition to regular emails, Charles phoned me at least once every day since I went to see him until the day the loan amount was paid into my account.
Thank you Charles! You exhibit a perfect example of good customer service :)
