I'd like to say big up to Ms Amanda Prinsloo, from the Lakeside Mall Branch in Benoni, talk about a person who loves what she does, her patience and zeal is out of this world, if the customer service field had many like her, life would be a breeze, I truly appreciate how she assisted my mom in re-setting her banking app, being an elder my mom tends to forget even passwords she set herself, but bona, Amanda was just hands on, not losing patience in assisting even through load shedding she continued to assist, thank you Amanda, you're the best.
