Thank you Abulele from FNB King William's Town. I have been struggling to install my app. I have visited the bank so many times for many months. No help. But today I visited King William's town fnb and this lovely lady helped me with the app. The problem was with my messages app on my device. All along the otp was going to spam messages and no one could figure it out. But Abulele immediately knew that the messages could be blocked. I was not even aware. From now on I know how to check. I was frustrated and unhappy with fnb only to find out it was my device that needed messages to be unblocked for fnb to send me otp. Thank you so much Abulele. I am now a very very very happy customer at the bank.
