I had a massive problem with my account and I was struggling to get someone to help me and I actually made a hellopeter complaint about it, then I was contacted by a lady her name is Laurelene Vermeulen who put up with my constant mails and was always happy to help . My problem has been sorted now and I would like to tell FNB that they have a fantastic staff member working for them.
