2 weeks ago I went to FNB Davenport branch to open an account but I was then turned away and given inaccurate feedback, i decided to escalate the matter further, thanks to Zainaab who was more than willing to listen to my query, she told me to come back to the branch so they can resolve my issue.<br> <br> When i went back to the branch, she was very professional and reassured me that they will assist me. I was assisted by Bernadette, she was also very professional, polite and friendly. she explained the products to me thoroughly and was able to open an account for me with no hustles. For the first time in my life, I had a taste of what world class service really is!! <br> <br> Thank You so much Zainaab, Bernadette and FNB for the excellent service, this is the type of service we customers want to get when we visit your branches all the time.
