What a vibrant and helpful young lady. I really don't like visiting the bank (queues), I try to do everything online but I had get my statement, that's where she went an extra mile advising me on the interest I end up paying for having several different products instead of one. She was real with me & helped me greatly. Thank you FNB for having faith in her, I wish she blossoms in her career. It's people like her we need who know why they got up that morning!
