Thandokazi Mqalu worst ***** investigator

I’m having the worst experience with FNB investigated by Thandokazi who is not replying to my emails and somehow has made the case varnish without solving it, where can we report this agent because almost everyone is complaining about her. It’s been 3 months since this case was initiated.
