Thando thalipi Please fix my acccont

Hi I will like to get help for the Fnb account cause still now thando haven’t got back to me the one who was handling my case ans he have to unfroze my account..

I have to pay rent ans transport but I can’t do anything cause Thando who’s busy handling my account his not getting back to me..

So I think FNB should just fix my account so I can withdraw the money and close the account.
