"I am compelled to express my heartfelt gratitude and admiration for an exceptional lady (Thandi) at the bank(FNB Mdantsane City) who has made a lasting impact on our Non-Profit Organization, Buffalo City Women in Business. It's been a year since she went above and beyond to assist us, and her kindness still resonates deeply.We successfully launched on the 25/08/2023.

When we visited the bank, frustrated and on the verge of closing our account due to poor guidance from another branch, we were told to make an appointment for the following week, which was not going to work for us as we were launching soon. We went to Mdantsane City Branch ready to take all our money and close the account, she intervened with empathy and expertise. Her willingness to help and willingness to provide more information than we asked for was truly remarkable.

Thanks to her dedication and support, we were able to successfully launch our NPO, and we continue to bank with FNB to this day. Her unforgettable assistance has left an indelible mark on our organization, and we are forever grateful.
