Thabile Hadebe account

Good day

I am a client of Thabile Hadebe, the owner of Profound whereby the business deals with selling of sand,building blocks and other building materials. As a client, I am struggling with making a payment to the Profound Business Account, as I normally pay using EFT and not cash. Would it be possible for the Bank to please give the business access to its account as it is affecting both us as the clients and the business.
