Terrified customer

Why does FNB keep send emails for money....they don't even reply when send them an email for proof.....I will ask again....do you want be dead because I'm at a verge of suicidal thoughts because of FNB and Telkom....what more do you'll want....you'll will be happy when I'm in the grave.....😭😭😭😭😭
