Terribly unsafe bank

Extremely unsafe bank to transact with especially when it comes to Forex. Was ****med R70K by an international syndicate and reported it the moment I found out (a week after the transaction was made).

Not only was FNB unable to recall the transfer, their relationship manager sat on his hands and did nothing. No phone calls, no emails to the recipient bank, not even a courtesy call to their client. They let you deal with it yourself.

Do not open a business account with them. You are exposing yourself to unnecessary risks that could potentially cripple your business.
