Terribly poor service for License Disk Renewal

I decided to renew my car license disk with FNB due to COVID 19. R199 for my disk to be delivered to me without having to stand in queues seemed like a dream. 6 weeks later, no license disk, driving with an expired license disk with Cops out that only want a bribe. I have called in numerous times, agents advise that it is on the priority list and I will have it in a few days. Well a few days and weeks have passed! Where is my license disk????
