Terrible Terrible Terrible. Unfortunately I may not swear

Can I not give less than one star? Been Business banking with them for more than 10 years. Cards got ******, reported and online banking profile is blocked. Battling for 4 days to get it going again. Have to pay salaries and VAT etc. How do they expect a company to do business like this.
