Terrible terrible slow service

Terrible terrible service. I took out a loan on Monday the 8th of March I called them they said I was approved I should get it on Tuesday the 9th of march I never got anything and made numerous phone calls to the personal loan contact centre they all said I would get it Tuesday. I phoned this morning Wednesday The 10th of march they said I would get it midday. Still nothing. Shocking service.too many lies from the contact centre dont know whi to trust or believe there.they told me they were experiencing a technical error but it was resolved but still havent received my money for 3 days usually they very quick with loans.i had a huge emergency to get one and they cant understand that
