Terrible terrible service from FNB

I have tried for 3 days with no success to get hold of someone at FNB to assist with an overdraft, I have been into the bank, called the bank, chatted on secure chat, been given a cell number of someone from Northgate branch to assist but they don’t answer. Terrible terrible service, been banking with them for years.
