Terrible systems from fnb

a Life cover policy is ceded to FNB I like to find out to which department. But none of the 10+ numbers on there contact list or call centres can assist me in telling me where it is ceded to. I recommend you don;t cede any insurance policy to them as you will never get it released , because there systems cannot tell you what is going on on your accounts from one place.
