Terrible Staff!!!

I have been an FNB client roughly 10 years... End 2018 I got retrenched, long story short went into debt (I had credit cards, overdrafts, loans etc) But I also had insurance on some accounts. I did speak to FNB staff in a branch, online etc never did anyone tell me about the insurance. Once I found out my account had insurance it was too late accounts was in arrears but they couldn't help anymore. Since then I have gone into bad debt (iI have been trying to get it sorted). I have also tried working with multiple FNB staff and attorneys and everyone is about as helpfull as a bag of rocks FNB is a bad bank with terrible staff that couldn't care less about their staff!
