Terrible Service! Would not recommend FNB!!!

My card is expiring May 2022. FNB sends me a notification that my card is delivered to a branch that I banked with 10 years ago. No one bothered to call me to confirm the delivery address. Most amazing is that the system has my current address, yet some bright spark decided to send my card to the old branch. When I call to complain, I get told I need to pay for the second card to rectify their mess!! This is after banking with this bank for over 20 years, have more than 3 vehicles financed with them and 2 home loans!! Pathetic!!!
