Terrible service with no communication whatsoever

Wow what a disappointing bank to use. On. Monday my account was put on hold with my funds, with me being unable to access at all, I called online banking and they advise that my account on hold because I have two separate portfolio so I need to merge them together to clear the funds, so I went to the branch to do so only to find that bank itself froze my account but the consultant I spoke to said Sars recalled their funds, so I decided to call Sars to find out as they left numbers on my account. Being unable to reach Sars recall department, I sent a mail and called the contact center and they advise to investigate further. The following day I received a call from Sars telling me that they have no funds that recalled on my account. I went back to the branch of the bank to find out what does the message or letter says on my portfolio, this briyan from ghandi square could not give me proper information but managed to get mthetwa who helped me merged my account and told me the bank ceased my funds and will be available in 72 hours after they confirm with Sars and now 72 hours passed with no feedback at all, no money available and I need to buy things with my money.

Such useless I am not gonna tolerate, I will closed my account as soon as the funds are released.
