Terrible service - want to leave FNB

I would like to report: karlin Nair, Natasha Abrahams & Sophy Amnisi from FNB Private clients credit card. It has taken nearly 3 months for them to sort out a R25000 Istore purchase . I am extremely frustrated as this affects my credit. Please can someone please get back to me ASAP
