Terrible service - unable to implement product offering.

To whom it may concern, Terrible service and no one calls back or gets back regarding a complaint. I had a customer resolution agent call named Tevin Peterson regarding my complaint and said he was handling it and was going to call back with regards to the activation of the temporary relief program on my accounts and the refund owing to date he has not got back to me. This complaint has been sitting unresolved since April 2023. A product offering from FNB given to me but failure to finalise and implement. Contact me urgently with an answer to the activation and refund owing.
