Terrible Service, Terrible Bank

I would rate them less than 0 if i could. I have been struggling for a week now with FNB and gotten little to no help. I lodged a complain and also no follow up was given. I have had my money be stuck in my FNB account due to being reported for *****. I then proceeded to provide all the proof needed and nothing. Eventually i went ahead and emailed the investigators superior and also her superior to eventually get a response "We are terminating our relationship with you due to being high risk"

I was shocked and in disbelief. I proceded to ask why my relationship is being terminated only to have it be followed by saying im high risk. When asking why i am high risk i was ignored completely by the investigator. My money is still stuck in my account. My relationship is being terminated. This is a terrible bank.

The worst of all was i was telling everyone how great and forward thinking FNB is just to have my account blocked, and disbanded a few days later. Terribly disappointing
