Terrible service , slow and inefficient

I logged a claim with FNB in January for my device that was damaged it took them ages to respond i eventually had to call myself beginning of February to be told ooh your device could not be repairs it needs to be replaced then there was a long back and forth of the device that they have that they can replace with finally they send me the list of devices that they can replace with on the list was the device that i initially had when i responded saying i want the same device Jaco responds saying sorry our supplier dont have this in stock .. i choose the second option then i get a call from their supplier saying your insurance has approved a sumsung Tab when i had a note which is clerly of a lower spec , so i asked the supplier do you not have the note they said they had it.

I am so angry firstly for the time they take to resolve the claim 2 months ?? really and secondly the level of attention they put towards claims . its like they fullfilling a duty they have no sense of urgency for the customers . I will never recommend anyone to take devices from FNB or take their insurance for that matter its pathetic .

(Supplier name changed from Fnb Insurance Brokers to First National Bank by Hellopeter.com)
