Terrible Service Rivonia Village FNB

Please urgently assist, we are trying to access our funds for the stokvel group account. Signatories are in different provinces and went into different branches at the same time to try and do the release. Pavilion beach in Durban was willing to assist but Rivonia Village refused. We need to put in notice and there is no way they can be in the same province at the same time especially since we are now on level 3 lockdown. Please can Fnb advise with a way forward and someone senior from stokvel group accounts intervene with authorising the release at the different branches with the signatories as there is no way they can be at the same province and bank at the same time and they should be alternatives like other progressive banks have for such matters
