Terrible service regarding a credit card application

<p>Ive app**** for a credit card about 3 weeks ago and still today i still have not received any feedback regarding the application.. Ive sent in the required documents 3 times before and everyday i either receive a reference number or a sms stating there is still documents outstanding.. If i knew it would be such a hassle i would have used a different bank to request a credit card. Ive received a sms with a email address to where i need to send the required documents but every time i try and send the mail it comes back undelivered.
