Terrible service regarding a business credit card

I've been struggling for over two months now to get my business credit card. Finally a week ago I signed the papers for it, but going for the second week I haven't recieved my card yet or a notice on my app that the account has been opened.

I never had any problems with FNB before, but at this rate I seriously consider moving to another bank
