TERRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM THE FNB ***** DEPARTMENT

I have been trying to get a hold of a lady called Beverly Nukeri for about a month now, she works in the fnb ***** department. My company made a payment into one of our employees bank account and Fnb blocked the payment as *****ulent but to my surprise fnb never sent any communication regarding this case, i have an employee with a suspended bank account since April. I left my contact details twice with team leaders of the call center, i was told my case would be escalated to Bevelry Nukeri and her manager Samantha. Until today when i call they say she is not available. I am so disappointed in the service i am getting from fnb.
