terrible service received from mr delivery

driver comes to drop off my credit card however when I get to reception the driver just drives off I call the company to ask the driver to turn around I was advise by a consultant that the driver is just making another drop off and will be back within 30 minutes so I wait for the driver for 3 hours to return after calling the company several times and being told lies eventually I get told my card wont be dropped off I think that's terrible service and this company brings a bad name to FNB for such reasons people wont deal with FNB because of the pathetic delivery company they use this is totally unacceptable
