TERRIBLE SERVICE - PRIVATE CLIENTS

The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing in this department and the service is absolutely terrible. My private banker does not respond to queries and you are constantly bounced from one department to another as they say they do not have access to your account.

The agents do not know who does, resulting in multiple transfers and calls. All this would be avoided if the private banker actually answered her phone or was available when you needed her. What are we paying these fees for??
