Terrible Service online and on phone

Your customer service is terrible, i would like to purchase an item on your website and everytime i phone, i get transferred between 2 different departments and no one can help. REALLY!!!!!!! IS THERE ANYBODY THAT CAN ASSIST ME??? And when i try doing it myself online it also doesn't work!
