Terrible service once again!

I'd first like to say thank you for helping me with payment arrangements. After the last complaint was i was contacted and managed to settle the account. However, I haven't been sent a settlement letter even after Iv requested this in 3 separate occasions and yet again their dragging their feet. First it was system issues, then its bieng passed around and when I asked Zintle Mthethwa to set a reminder to send it later to me..I was told I have to call in to do this??? They obviously dont about the customers time and money???

I want to rid myself from this business with all my bieng. Please help me once again, so this nightmare can end.
