Terrible service no help even after every months' phone call to rectify the errors.

I am very disapointed in FNB I opened a Premier Cheque Account because my husband had one and was promised reduced rates but since opening the account everything went wrong I have been charged the full amount and I keep quering it every month to no avail I asked for reversal of incorrect deductions to no avail. I also got an Islamic Premier account by mistake of the consultant and she said it would be rectified nothing has been done.

Please help I am at my wits end with this account if you don't want me to close it you have to sort this out ASAP!!!!
