Terrible service! Money disappeared!

I put in a request to transfer my tax free savings and shares from FNB to a private investment agent.

On closure of the accounts only the funds in the savings were transferred, the shares account just disappeared along with the funds.

It have been almost two months, my agent and myself have been trying to contact FNB with no response or assistance…

This is unprofessional and not how you should be treating clients. You happily take my money and raise our bank fees for what more terrible service…

Where has my money gone?!
