Terrible service just to obtain last 3 months bank statements when i need to apply for a homeloan. Only thing in my way is FNB
I am absolutely shocked and appalled with the service from FNB. I have gone into bank and ATM and called and they are unable to supply me with stamped 3 months bank statements due to being on a quarterly statement generating system. Firstly who would opt in for such a ridiculous option knowing that most financial institutes require last 3 months bank statements. I am applying for a bond to be told from Mumwelo that i can only get my transaction statements or January to March statements. I cant do anything with that? Been waiting 20 minutes to talk to Phil there team supervisor that has not got back to me. I am frustrated as i need to apply for my homeloan. This is an absolute joke!

I have received this automated response via sms and email. Would actually like confirmation that the correct department that can resolve my issue. I would like confirmation that i will receive my most recent 3 months stamped bank statements.
Every other bank can do this simple request for their clients. Surely you guys should be able to do the same without a client pleading and sitting on calls for hours being promised empty promises to be reconnected to the next person on the phone.
We live in 2020, not year 2000. Please issue me my recent 3 months statements.
