TERRIBLE SERVICE IN ***** DEPARTMENT

FNB "how can we help you" ... such a bold statement but when it comes down to actually assisting your clients your services are appalling. being a victim of crime , my bag was ****** i did the rational thing of cancelling all my cards that i had with fnb , thinking hey if the card is cancelled with reference - CARD IS ****** as i indicated to the consultant THAT THEY WOULD RED FLAG ANY TRANSACTIONS THEREAFTER, ironically i had a series of toll gate fees billed to my account AGAIN reported it to the ***** department , received case number on case number on case number still no resolution . so please tell me how do you allow transactions on a cancelled card , still charge banking fees on it and then still take your time to give any feedback , finally making me waste my airtime listening to your terrible hold music for 15-20 mins at a time.
