Terrible service, How can I help you is a false statement

I've tried to change our branch for our buisness account and had no luck. Actually drove there twice in a period of 1 month. I was told the manager would call me, no phone call to date. Are we to small to recieve good service. My current buisness account manager answered her phone and told me she was in a meeting then put the phone down, no call back nothing.
