Terrible service - home loans

Just spent over 30 minutes on the line, spoke to 4 people and was put on hold so many times I cant even count only to be told that I cannot adjust my installment amount for the home loan debit order because the debit order is due to be deducted in 4 days time. When I asked if the change could then be effected from my next debit order, I was advised that I have to wait for the current debit order to run first. This kind of service is not acceptable especially during this time of economic difficulty with the lockdown.
