Terrible service given

I am so disappointed with the service at Fnb I have spoken to agent from the stop order side and he couldn't help me and just cut my call. I asked him to please stop my debit orders because I am currently not working and I am being charged on my account almost R105 on each debit that is bouncing. He insists I should call momentum which I agreed I will. He was so rude I will be closin my account with yourl.
